Liaoning Province

Liaoning Province, which is called “Liao” for short, is located in the southern part of the northeast region of China, and is the joint of the northeast economic area and Pan-Bohai Sea economic area in China. Its provincial capital is Shenyang.

Development Overview of the SMEs in Liaoning Province: By 2005, 1,620,000 private enterprises in the province realized an increase of RMB350,500,000,000, and contributed RMB1,339,000,000,000 of the operating revenues, RMB87,900,000,000 of profits, RMB31,760,000,000 of taxes, RMB62,350,000,000 of export delivery value, RMB105,160,000,000 of fixed assets investment, and RMB64,400,000,000 of labor remuneration. The private economy throughout the year presented a rapid and balanced growth trend.
