Invitation to the Bid for Procurement of Exhibition Layout Services of Overseas Enterprises Exhibition Area of 6th CISMEF

Government Procurement Center of Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as the “Concentrated Procurement Agency”), entrusted by the Bureau of China International SME Fair (Hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” for short), accepts the sealed offer submitted by the domestic eligible offerer to the exhibition layout services of the overseas enterprises exhibition area of the 6th CISMEF, the relevant issues are specified as follows:     

One. Name, Purpose, Quantity, Brief Technology Requirements of Negotiated Project or Nature of Negotiated Project

Contents of Package: the planning, design and construction of exhibition hall for Asian-European SME Cooperation and Exchange 

2. Package No.2 
Contents of the Package: Design and construction of the international energy conservation and environmental protection exhibition area

3. Purpose: Exhibition Layout

4. Quantity: 1 

5. Brief Requirements for Services: 3~5 effective drawings shall be provided for each package; Overall requirements: the design and construction plan shall highlight the features of joint show of 45 member countries of ASEM (Asia-Europe Meeting) and reflect the thriving atmosphere of the international exhibition area. The requirements for construction: formulate the integrated construction plan in accordance with the needs of the organizer and exhibitors and the design plan, the scientific, new and strong materials shall be used for building the exhibition hall, the construction process shall be safe and reasonable and complies with the local laws and regulations and the safety rules for the exhibition hall.

6. The offerer must give the offer to the whole package, the offer to the separate package and some elements of the package are not permitted.

Two. Requirements for the Qualification of the Supplier (Eligible Offerer)

1. Comply with the Article 22 of the “Government Procurement Law of the PRC;
2. The legal person (the registered capital shall not be less than RMB1.00 million) or other organization that is registered within the territory of the PRC, having entered the bid, received the procurement documents for the project. The registered capital in foreign currency shall be converted at the exchange rate quoted by the domestic bank at any time during the period from the date of the invitation to the deadline for the bid (in the case of any disagreement, the offerer shall be responsible for the certification.)

For the supplier satisfying the above requirements, the talk team will determine the qualification of the supplier in the public notice.

4. Sale Price of Procurement Documents: RMB150 for one whole set of the documents (the return of the documents is denied). If the procurement documents are sent by mail, the additional RMB100.00 will be charged.
