Notice of Contact Persons Meeting of 6th China International SME Fair of Guangdong Province (CISMEF)

Economic and Trade Bureau (Commission and Trade and Industry Bureau) and SME Bureau (Private Enterprise Development Bureau) at and above prefectural level,

     The 6th China International SME Fair & China-Spain SME Fair (hereinafter referred to as the 6th CISMEF) is scheduled to be held on September 22, 2009. In order to complete the preparations of last stage for the 6th CISMEF, the Secretariat of the CISMEF will hold the national contact persons meeting of the 6th CISMEF at the International Conference Hall of the Guangdong Mansion in Guangzhou at 15:00, September 18, 2009, and will handle the affairs concerning the issue of the document and data to the delegations at Dinghu, Xiqiao, Danxia and Luofu Halls on the 3rd Floor of Guangdong Mansion from September 18 to 21, 2009.
In order to strengthen and ensure the security of the exhibition halls of the 6th CISMEF, the document and visiting ticket of the CISMEF will be used together with the valid identity certificate of the individual (including the identity card, passport and Hong Kong and Macao permits, etc) for entry into the exhibition hall during the exhibition period, which shall be notified to the relevant personnel.
