Individual Provinces, Autonomous Regions, Municipalities Directly under Central Government, Cities Specifically Designated in the State Plan, Economic and Information Office (Economic and Trade Office) of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Industrial Information Commissions (Departments), SMEs Departments (Bureaus, Offices), Relevant Industrial Associations, and Relevant Media,

The 6th China International Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Fair & China-Spain SMEs Fair (“CISMEF”), jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the People's Government of Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China, and the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of the Kingdom of Spain, will be held in Guangzhou City during September 22nd -25th, 2009. To perform the relevant preparations well, the 6th CISMEF Organizing Committee plans to conduct the 6th CISMEF Press Release and Mobilization Meeting. It hereby notifies the following relevant issues:

I. Press Release

(I) Agenda
    The sponsors issue the list of the members of the 6th CISMEF Organizing Committee and Its Secretariat, date, main events and preparations of the 6th CISMEF, etc. 

(II) Attendants

Reporters and journalists from major news organizations and relevant media, leaders and members of the Organizing Committee and its Secretariat, and representatives of relevant organizations in Spain.  

(III) Date & Time and Venue

Date & Time: 10:10AM—10:50AM, April 17, 2009

    Venue: East Hall, Multi-functional Hall, F/3, China People’s Palace (No.1 Zhenwumiao Road, Xicheng District, Beijing)

II. National Mobilization Meeting

(I) Agenda

 The leaders from the sponsors give an introduction. Organization of exhibition will be arranged.

(II) Attendants

Leaders and members of the Organizing Committee and Its Secretariat, one leader in charge and one contact person respectively from the SMEs management authorities in individual provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and one person from relevant industrial associations respectively.

Date: April 17th, 2009

11:00－12:30AM (Mobilization)

3:00—5:30 (Exchange by Representatives)

III. Meeting Information

Board and lodging will be arranged for the attendants.
