Notice on Holding the Press Conference of the 6th CISMEF, National Contact Persons Meeting and work summary meeting of the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee of CISMEF

The SME Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Industry Department of National Reform and Development Commission, Enterprise Department of the Ministry of Finance, Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce, Private and Individual Business Supervision Department of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Quality Control Department of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and China Banking Association,
The 6th China International SME Fair & China-Spain SME Fair (Hereinafter referred to as the 6th CISMEF for short) is scheduled to be held on September 22, 2009. In order to further advance the preparations of last stage for the 6th CISMEF, the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee of the CISMEF will hold the following meetings:

One. Press conference at Meeting Room (1) on the first floor of the Guangzhou Dongfang Hotel at 11:00, September 18, 2009
Two. The national contact persons meeting of the 6th CISMEF at the international conference hall on the 3rd floor of the Guangdong Mansion at 15:00, September 18, 2009;
Three. The work summary meeting of the Secretariat of Organizing Committee of the 6th CISMEF at the multi-function hall on the 3rd floor of the Guangdong Mansion at 15:00, September 25, 2009.

We kindly ask you to assign the persons for attending these meetings, and the return receipt of the participants shall be faxed to the Comprehensive Affairs Section of the General Administration Office of Joint Conference for 6th CISMEF of Guangdong Province (Fax No.: 020-83309758）.
In addition, in order to ensure the security of the 6th CISMEF, the document and visiting ticket of the CISMEF will be used together with the valid identity certificate of individual (including identity card, passport and Hong Kong and Macao permits, etc) for entry into the exhibition hall during the exhibition period, and we kindly ask you inform the relevant personnel
