On the afternoon of September 21, 2009, Li Yizhong, Minister of MII (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), met Mr Miguel Sebastián, Spanish Minister of Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade. Mr. Li and Mr. Sebastián cosigned the “Cooperation agreement in Fields of Industry, Telecommunication, and IT by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PRC and Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of the Kingdom of Spain” as well as “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between China-Spain SMEs by Ministry of Industry and Information of PRC and Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade of the Kingdom of Spain”
