Off-Script Speech made by Minister of MII Shows Support for SMEs

Li Zhongyi, Minister of Ministry of Industry and Information made a 25-minute enthusiastic speech at the 6th SME and China-Spain SME Fair Summit. After 10 minutes of speech, Li talked without script about the plight of SMEs and further supportive measures of the government, which was greeted by warm applause.
Learn from experience and make more explorations, upgrade CSMEF to CISMEF, better promote the development and cooperation between ChineseSMEs and those of other countries.
