CISMEF Organizing Committee Secretariat Office Conducted the 6th CISMEF Preparation Meeting - CISMEF Organizing Committee Secretariat Office- Comprehensive Affairs Department

In the morning on February 6th, Mr. Wu Feng, Vice Director of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission, presided over and conducted the preparation meeting of the Organizing Committee Secretariat Office of the 6th China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair & China-Spain SMEs Fair (“CISMEF”). The vice directors of individual departments of the 6th CISMEF Organizing Committee Secretariat Office and above attended such meeting.

In the meeting, Mr. Feng Huizhao, Director of the Exhibition Section of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission, declared the organization structure of the 6th CISMEF Organizing Committee Secretariat Office and name list of the persons in charge of individual departments. According to the preparation needs, the 6th CISMEF Organizing Committee Secretariat Office set up eight departments, i.e. Comprehensive Affairs Department, Reception Department, Domestic Exhibition and Investment Promotion Department, Overseas Exhibition and Investment Promotion Department, Publicity & Forum Department, Finance Department, Security Department and Health Department responsible for their works led by the Organizing Committee Secretariat Office. The persons in charge of individual departments made a speech on their works in the 6th CISMEF and raised their suggestions and opinions.

After carefully listening to the suggestions and opinions of the attendees, Mr. Wu Feng put forward his requests on doing the below preparation works of the 6th CISMEF well : 1). It is required to strengthen understanding of the significance of organizing the CISMEF that is a great event for Guangdong Province and Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission and is significant under the financial crisis. The working personnel of individual departments of the Organizing Committee Secretariat Office are duty-bound and obligated to do individual preparation works well. 2). Individual persons in charge of individual departments of the Organizing Committee Secretariat Office were determined by the party group of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission through research after soliciting opinions of relevant organizations and individuals. Individuals participating in such works, indicating a high trust of the party group of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission, should treasure this opportunity and diligently fulfill their obligations. 3). Those main responsible persons of individual departments should take the lead to develop relevant preparation works, clear thoughts, and recently worked out the finance budgets and working plans of their respective department and reported them to the Comprehensive Affairs Department of the Organizing Committee Secretariat Office before February 20th. It is required to clear the detailed working personnel promptly and develop the works as soon as possible. 4). For the convenience of work, additionally set up the Executive Director assumed by Mr. Wu Feng (Vice Director of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission) and Executive Vice Directors assumed by Mr. Tian Chuan (Director of the SMEs Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and Mr. Feng Huizhao (Director of the Exhibition Section of Guangdong Economic and Trade Commission) responsible for coordination of individual departments. 5). Individual departments should frequently communicate and cooperate to form a kind of strict and efficient working style, formulate rigid and standard working regulations, and endeavor to do the individual preparation work of the 6th CISMEF well. The Bureau of China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair was just established recently. We should make full use of such team to exercise our forces and enhance ourselves. The Bureau of China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair was requested to practically implement individual preparation works, reasonably dispatch individual forces and do coordination tasks well.
