At the critical moment less two-months away from the opening of the 6th CISMEF, in order to further advance the preparations for the 6th CISMEF, the Bureau of China International SME Fair convened an employees meeting in the afternoon of July 23, 2009 for mobilizing all employees to make final preparations for the 6th CISMEF. The meeting was presided over by director-general Yang Yang, the vice directors and all employees attended the meeting.

 One. Make Greater Efforts to Put in Place the Preparations for the 6th CISMEF

At the meeting, director-general Yang Yang conveyed the guideline of the speech made by director Yang Jianchu at the preparations work meeting and mobilized all employees to go all out for the final preparations for the 6th CISMEF. He stressed that all efforts shall be made to ensure the success of the 6th CISMEF and construct the CISMEF into a platform for SME exchange and cooperation so as to commemorate and please Ou Xinqian, vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with concrete action for his attention, care and directions to the CISMEF. At the same time, supportive and preferential policies were introduced by the State Council and the government of Guangdong Province for SME development. At the meeting, director-general Yang Yang puts forward three requirements: First, strengthen the awareness of the urgency and put all work in place; Second, intensify the work discipline and practice strict attendance check, leave application and order in the offices. Before the opening of the 6th CISMEF, any application for private leave without special circumstance will be denied, all employees shall work on the job, improve the awareness of responsibility and perform their job duties and responsibilities faithfully to put in place the preparations for the CISMEF with full enthusiasm and active working attitude; third, bear in mind the overall interests and strengthen the unity and coordination.

Two. Improve the Sense of Mission and Responsibility and Go all out for the Success of 6th CISMEF 

      
Vice Director-General Wang Shengbo conveyed the guideline of the speech made by Tong Xing, vice governor of Guangdong Province, at the joint conference for the CISMEF on July 21, 2009. Vice governor Tong Xing pointed out that the joint conference was held several times a year in the past for the preparations and coordination of the CISMEF. For the 6th CISMEF, such joint conference is convened only once, which can be attributed to the active role played by the Bureau of China International SME Fair, a standing body of the CISMEF, in the preparations for the 6th CISMEF. The preparations for the CISMEF are in a transition from the co-sponsorship to the professional agency. It is the full recognition and expectation by vice governor Tong Xing for the work of the Bureau, it is also the pressure and motivating power for us. We must act in accordance with the guideline of vice governor Tong Xing. First, we must enhance the confidence. The CISMEF is widely recognized by more and more SMEs as the platform for developing the market, exchange and cooperation under the strong support of the sponsorship ministries and the Party Committee and government of Guangdong Province; Second, enhance the sense of mission and responsibility. The work of the CISMEF is the central task of the Bureau; all employees of the Bureau shall improve the sense of mission and responsibility, the Bureau will make all efforts and ensure the success of the 6th CISMEF.

Vice directors Ye Zhongquan and Shen Rongsheng also made the remarks on enhancing the confidence on the success of the CISMEF and putting in place the preparations for the CISMEF.
